This issue of Concept focus on the Yongin project, 17 single family villas nearby a quite popular Golf Course. The project was the first exploration of asian traditional architecture features applied to contemporary design.

The flagship store of the French inspired Korean brand Louis Quatorze opened in lavish style in Seoul trendy Chungdam district. The project was featured on all major korean design and lifestyle magazines [Space, ANC, Luxury among the others] and earned the cover of the march 2004 issue of MARU.

In November 2003, Grappa, a roof top lounge combining an Asian platform with a western bar, opens in Hongdae, in Seoul. It is the first project entirely completed by the Asian branch of the former Elastico office and is an immediate success. The project is published on all the major Korean magazines and, after 5 years, in a culture where interiors last less then season clothing, is still in business supported by a handful of enthusiastic customers.
폭풍적인 그라빠
동양적인 좌식 의자 플렛폼과 서양의 바를 결합해놓은 루프 탑 라운지 그라빠가 홍대에 오픈 했다. 이 곳의 인테리어 작업이 한국 오피스의 완공된 첫 프로젝트로 빠른 성공이었다. 그라빠는 한국의 주요 디자인 잡지에 개재되었고 5년이 지난 오늘까지 계절 옷보다 빨리 변하는 한국의 인테리어 문화에도 불구하고 열정적인 소수의 단골 고객들에게 사랑 받으며 그대로 유지되고 있다.
